Processing

Orders are dispatched from Melbourne within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. You'll receive tracking by email once your parcel leaves us.

Rates & delivery (Australia)

The Céleste Cloak and the Céleste Bundle ship free on Standard delivery, Australia-wide, with no minimum spend. Our Éclipse and Bleu Nuit Edition Sets carry a flat $10 Standard shipping rate.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

Need it sooner? Express shipping is available as an add-on at checkout for $20 on any order, with delivery typically in 1–3 business days.

International shipping

VELÉA ships internationally. We currently deliver to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, across Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order weight and destination, so you'll always see the exact price before you pay.

International orders are sent via tracked Standard delivery, typically 7–10 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and aren't included in the shipping cost charged at checkout.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
