VELÉA's name, logo and branding are our trademarks and may not be used without permission.

The Services may link to or include tools provided by third parties, which we don't control and aren't responsible for. Use of any third-party tool or site is at your own risk.

Relationship with Shopify

VELÉA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. Any purchases you make are made directly with VELÉA — Shopify isn't responsible for any aspect of the sale, including loss or damage resulting from products purchased. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your purchases with us.

Feedback

If you send us feedback, ideas or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them for any purpose, including commercial use, without obligation to compensate you or keep them confidential.

Errors and omissions

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you and VELÉA submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
